New Record Set By The 2021 Light-a-Light Fundraiser
The 2021 Light-a-Light Fundraiser has surpassed our $30,000 goal having raised $42,053 as of December 31, 2021 and shattering our previous record. A flurry of donations over the last two weeks of the year including two extremely generous ones, drove the campaign to new heights. We extend our sincere thanks and gratitude to the 471 alumni and friends of Fairhaven High School who have generously used PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or the U.S. mail to send in their annual donation, of which 100% goes into alumni programs of various types that benefit the historic Fairhaven High School building in the form of restoration projects, teacher mini-grants, and scholarships for deserving college-bound students. The F.H.S. Alumni Association has virtually no administrative expenses.
It is not too late to still make a donation and have your name listed with the names of your classmates that will be displayed on our website. In this beautiful photo by Jim Mahaney '68 the Academy Building is pictured in the background of our beautiful Colorado Blue Spruce Tree.
