New Turf Field at Alumni Stadium Ready for Play
The new Turf Field at the FHS Alumni Stadium will be christened on Friday, October 8, 2021 when the Girls Field Hockey team plays the first home game there. Next week the Boys and Girls' Soccer teams will each get their opportunity to play on this beautiful turf field, and the football team will play under the lights on Friday, October 15th at 6:30 PM. The new field will be officially dedicated with a ceremony before the football game that kicks off Homecoming Weekend on Friday, October 22nd at 6:00 PM.
The new scoreboard which was donated by your FHS Alumni Association is a state-of-the-art multi-sport scoreboard which can be utilized by all of these sports, as well as the Girls' and Boys' Lacrosse teams when they utilize the new turf field in the spring.
