The Class of 1976 has undertaken a unique project to memorialize their 39 deceased classmates by raising the funds necessary to purchase a brick in the FHS Memorial Brick Park on the Larch Avenue side of the high school for each of them. On Sunday afternoon, June 25th the Class of '76 held their first annual Car Show at Cushman Park as a fundraiser for their project and also to promote awareness of their "Angels of '76" effort. There were 30 cars from various categories that participated in the event and trophies were presented to those judged to be the best.
