Ricardo "Rico" Correia is the President of Centaur Consulting, a company whose aim is to improve communication, motivation and productivity through managing and valuing differences. Centaur's concentration is primarily in the media, sports and education industries. Rico is also the Chief Operations Officer for One Source Entertainment; a New York based entertainment company and Media Corporation. A nationally recognized speaker, Rico has addressed organizations, associations and corporations on the key elements of personal and professional success.

Rico graduated from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) and Suffolk University School of Law. After graduating from law school he became a founding partner of Sunburst System Corporation, an alternative energy company. In 1982 he joined Wang Laboratories Inc. as the Manager and Assistant Director of Human Resources and Administration and was later promoted to vice-president of Regulatory Affairs and Operations.

In 1992 Rico became the Director of Human Resources at ESPN, the Sports Television Network. His duties included handling all aspects of human resources, employee relations, compensation, benefits and staff development.

In his capacity as President of Centaur Consulting Rico has spoken to such groups as the New York Jets, New York Giants, Buffalo Bills, Washington Redskins, Tennessee Titans, Baltimore ravens, Arizona Cardinals, Green Bay Packers, Detroit Lions and Chicago Bears of the NFL; the New York Knicks of the NBA; the New York Liberty of the WNBA; various major league big league teams, media, and financial firms including the New York Stock Exchange.

Perhaps his fondest speaking engagement came in May of 2003 when he addressed the Classes of 2004, 2005 and 2006 at Fairhaven High School.
