Members of the class of 1956 gathered together on October 3, 2021 to celebrate the 65th anniversary of their graduation from Fairhaven High School. The occasion began with a memorable tour of the high school, provided by alumni president, Bob Foster '66.  During the tour, members of the class were able to view the Centurian Scholarship Fund Plaque. Displaying an individual photo of each class member, it commemorates the scholarship gift created by the class at its 50th Reunion in 2016.  Established on the high school's 100th anniversary, it provides a 4 year endowed scholarship to a graduating F.H.S. senior each year.
Immediately after the high school tour, twenty-two class members and their guests gathered at the Traveler's Ale House.  Each shared not only brunch but the opportunity to become reacquainted and re-live many fond memories of years gone by.  The day of celebration concluded with an informal reception at the home of Thelma and David Bold.
On the following morning, a private Henry Huttleston Rogers tour of Fairhaven Center was given by Christopher Richard '76, Town Historian.  This glimpse into history provided a new appreciation of the "Small Town With a Big History" and sent everyone away with hope for a 70th reunion in 2026.
