The FHS Girls' Soccer Team must enjoy playing all of their matches on the new turf field at FHS Alumni Stadium because they just had a huge 1-0 victory over arch rival Old Rochester on Friday, October 28, 2022. With the win, the Blue Devils wrapped up an unbeaten regular season with an overall record of 15-0-3 and 11-0-2 in the South Coast Conference. Malene Mattos (see photo) had the game-winning goal. Freshman Eva Beltran had a solid game all around. Also Sophia Fleurent and Savannah Morris were two big sparks off the bench that positively impacted the game. FHS Goalie Sara Reis finished with her eighth shut out of the season.
