FHS HALL OF FAME TO INDUCT 8 NEW MEMBERS
The 2023 FHS Hall of Fame Banquet and Induction ceremony on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at the Century House will feature eight new inductees joining the prestigious group. The inductees will be Lifetime Achiever Eliot Lumbard '42, Coach Jim Lanagan, Ray Law '33, Ron Renaud '78, Aaron Matteos '98, Karin (Knutsen) Barrows '03, Brent Almeida '06 and Keane Costa '09.
Since this year is the 25th anniversary of the new gymnasium opening in 1998, there will also be three Memorable Season Teams recognized: the 1998 Girls' Volleyball Team, as well as the 1998-99 Boys' & Girls' Basketball Teams. This year's ceremonies will also have a Special Recognition component where the Hall of Fame Committee will recognize the three senior co-captains of the 2022-23 Girls' Basketball Team.
This special evening is the last event of the 2023 Homecoming Weekend and begins at 5:00 pm with a Social Hour, followed by the buffet dinner and dessert, and then by the Induction Ceremonies.
