The Board of Directors of the FHS Alumni Association is excited to announce that our 40th year of the Light-a-Light effort was our most successful yet.  A total of $51,215 on behalf of 566 alumni and friends of the high school was received. We are very thankful for the loyal support that we receive year after year, and we know that the administration, teachers and students of the school definitely know and appreciate the contributions that we have made and continue to undertake at this unique institution.
The Class of 1964 once gain took first place in the "Battle of the Classes" with a total of 119 donations by classmates or in memory of deceased classmates.  They will once again present a $2,000 Scholarship from the Alumni Association in honor of their class on Junior Day in late May 2025.  The other classes that finished in the top five were the Classes of 1966 (54), 1976 (37), 1973 (30) and 1981 (25).  Those five classes will each be asked to have a representative of their class present to hand out their scholarship to a deserving college bound student from the Class of 2025.
Attached below is the complete list of Donors by YOG as well as the list of classes who had four or more donations made by and for their classmates. We will continue to keep you updated as far as the projects that your Alumni Association will undertake to put the $51,215 to good use within Fairhaven High School.
