2025 Homecoming Weekend Events & Activities

The 2025 Fairhaven Homecoming Weekend will kick off on Friday evening, June 27th at the flag pole in front of Fairhaven High School when a large contingent of classmates from the Class of 1975 raise the "Big Flag" that will fly all weekend as they celebrate their 50 Year Reunion. The small flag will be taken down and folded at 4:30 pm and at 5:00 pm the Class of 1975 will raise the "Big Flag". The high school will be open from 5:00 - 7:00 pm that evening for those who want to reminisce and visit their old classrooms or just show off the beautiful building to their spouse. The Big Flag will be taken down by the Class of 1975 on Sunday at 6:00 pm and then the smaller flag will be put back up.
On Saturday, June 28th the ever popular Homecoming Fair will be held in the town center from 10 am to 4:00 pm. This year the FHS Alumni booth in front of the Millicent Library will be selling a new product: FHS monogramed keychains that are $5.00 (see photo). The popular 12 oz. stemless wineglasses will also be available fo $8.00. The Class of 1958 will be holding their 67 year reunion in the FHS Cafeteria from 10:00 am - 1:30 pm catered by the Courtyard Restaurant, the Class of 1975 will be partying at the Reservation Golf Club in Mattapoisett on Saturday evening, while the Class of 1965 will be celebrating their 60 Year reunion with a Sunday Brunch at the Century House. The annual FHS Alumni All-Class Breakfast Buffet will be hosted by the Class of 1975 on Sunday, June 29th at the high school cafeteria from 8:30 - 10:00 AM. The event is catered with a full breakfast by the Courtyard Restaurant. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased at the Euro Store on Center Street, at the Alumni fair booth on Saturday or at the door.
The 30th annual FHS Hall of Fame Banquet and Induction Ceremony will be held at the Century House in Acushnet starting with a Social Hour at 5:00 pm. Details of this event including the names of the inductees and ticket information can be found at this web link : https://fairhavenalumni.org/ne...
